Hi, I’m Wendy Clark — a Holistic Chef, Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, and proud mom of four. My passion for food and wellness began with my own journey to heal my body through food. What started as a personal mission to feel better and restore balance naturally has grown into a lifelong calling to help others do the same.
Through my business, Organic Zen Holistic Wellness, I share the powerful truth that food can be both medicine and joy. I believe that healing starts from within — and that nourishing your body with whole, vibrant foods is one of the most loving things you can do for yourself.
Here at, Let’s Turnip the Beet, I share colorful, nourishing recipes, holistic health tips, and simple inspiration for creating harmony in your kitchen and your life. My approach is all about balance — blending the science of nutrition with the art of cooking to make healthy living both delicious and doable.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me spending time with my kids, exploring local farmers’ markets, or discovering new restaurants. I love experiencing food in all its forms — from homegrown and homemade to beautifully crafted dishes shared with the people I love.
